Section 123-018-0030 - Program Registration Procedure(1) A Financial Institution wishing to participate in the Program must submit a completed program registration application using a form prescribed by the Department.(2) The Department shall determine the Financial Institution's eligibility to participate in the Program, based on the submitted application and other information the Department may deem necessary or appropriate.(3) A Financial Institution that the Department determines is eligible to participate in the Program may enter into an Agreement with the Department as described in OAR 123-018-0040.Or.
