Section 111-050-0060 - Continuation of Coverage for Eligible Employees Covered under the Federal Family Medical Leave Act

OEBB will allow Entities to continue medical, dental and vision coverage for Active Eligible Employees when the employee is granted leave under the Federal Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) as required under related federal rules and regulations.
