Section 92:1-5-5 - Records

(a)Rules and policy. All rules shall be available at the principal office during regular business hours and on the Commission's website.

(b)Proceedings and forms. All forms, applications, and instructions which are required to be completed in applying for a license or permit, shall be available within the offices of the Commission during regular business hours and on the Commission's website.

(c)Copies. Copies of all official records of the Commission not confidential or privileged from disclosure by law shall be available for inspection at the principal office during regular office hours. The Commission may charge for copies as permitted by the Oklahoma Open Records Act.
