Section 86:15-7-4 - Application
(a) The Board shall send notification of eligibility to sit for examination(s) to the last known address of applicant no later than sixty (60) days after receiving the required and completed application materials.
(b) An applicant's eligibility to sit for the examination(s) shall be valid for three years, at which time if the applicant has failed to provide a passing score for the Licensing Examination in Marital and Family Therapy and the Oklahoma LMFT Examination, the licensure application shall be voided and the applicant shall be notified.
