Section 800:25-7-182 - OLAP wildlife-viewing areas, seasons, and equipment restrictions

(a) Hunting is prohibited on OLAP wildlife-viewing areas. Fishing may be allowed if the property is concurrently enrolled as a walk-in fishing area.

(b) No more than 25% of the total acres leased in the OLAP may be designated as wildlife-viewing area.
