Section 800:25-5-2.3 - Sandhill Crane

The Director of the Department of Wildlife Conservation is authorized to declare temporary emergency closure of hunting seasons for Sandhill Crane whenever he determines that closure is necessary to ensure the safe passage of Whooping Cranes migrating through the state.
