Section 800:25-5-2.1 - Factors to be considered when establishing state migratory bird hunting seasons and possession and bag limits within the federal framework

The following factors may be considered when establishing the state migratory bird hunting seasons and possession and bag limits within the federal framework:

(1) Migratory bird population status and trends,
(2) Evaluations of habitat conditions,
(3) Harvest information, and,
(4) Any other factors having a bearing on the anticipated size of the fall flights of migratory birds.
