Section 800:25-29-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this Subchapter is to establish procedures for Oklahoma landowners or operators to enroll in the Deer Management Assistance Program (DMAP) to enable them to manage their land for deer and this rule also establishes responsibilities of the landowner and the Department.
