Section 800:15-7-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to describe the rules pertaining to the lawful harvest and sale of mussels by commercial mussel pickers and mussel dealers pursuant to 29 O.S., Sections2-147, 4-129 and 5-412. Penalties for violations of rules are also provided.
