Section 800:15-5-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to describe the rules pertaining to the lawful harvest of shad by commercial shad harvesters pursuant to 29 O.S., Sections 4-103, 4-104, 4-105, 6-201, 6-202, 7-102.1. Penalties for violations of rules are also provided.
