Section 800:10-5-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to describe the rules pertaining to fishing activities in certain designated areas where special regulations are needed pursuant to 29 O.S., Sections 6-302, 6-303, and 6-502. Penalties for violations of rules are also provided.
