Section 800:1-13-6 - Opportunity for hearing

Prior to the termination of a dealer's dealership privileges or the imposition of other fees or penalties, the Department will give written notice to the dealer, specifying the cause for the disciplinary action, and will conduct a hearing in accordance with the following procedure.
