Section 800:1-13-4 - Termination of license dealership

Any dealership authorized to selllicenses may have such privilege terminated by the Department for any of the following acts or omissions:

(1) Back-dating licenses.
(2) Failure to properly date licenses.
(3) Failure to submit a scheduled payment collected from the sale of licenses during the reporting period by Wednesday of the following week.
(4) Failure to account for all licenses or failure to remit proceeds when due.
(5) Insufficient wire transfer payments, or if personal or corporate check is used that cannot be cashed due to insufficient funds
(6) Failure to take adequate precaution to protect licenses and monies from loss due to fire, theft, robbery, and/or burglary.
(7) Failure to assume all risk of loss from theft or destruction of the licenses from any cause whatsoever from the time of receiving possession of the same until sale and issuance or until returned to the Department.
(8) Falsifying licenses to include, but not limited to, aiding in the securing of a license under an assumed name or in which an address other than the legal place of domicile is given, or knowingly issuing a license to any person not legally entitled to same.
(9) Failure to obey all rules and regulations of the Wildlife Conservation Commission, the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation Code, or the laws of the State of Oklahoma, or terms of the dealership agreement.
(10) Failure to keep all proceeds from the sale of the hunting and fishing licenses separate and apart from other monies, and available for inspection or deposit at all times to the Department.
