Section 800:1-13-13 - Internet Point of Sale License System

Only license dealers specifically authorized by the Department shall sell hunting and fishing licenses through the Department's Internet Point of Sale System (IPOS). Requirements:

(1) Dealers application form, bonding requirements and all other provisions as stated in Title 800. Department of Wildlife Conservation, Chapter 1. Operations and Procedures, Subchapter. 13. Hunting and Fishing License Dealers.

(2) Dealers must have a personal computer, printer, and internet access in order to participate.

(3) Dealers shall forfeit a portion of the license commission in accordance with Title 29, to be determined by mutual agreement with the Department to pay for the development and administrative cost of the Point of Sale System.
