Section 795:1-1-7 - Removal from office

A member to the Commission shall be removable by the Governor for cause. In addition to all other causes, a member ceasing to be a resident of the state, live in the district from which appointed, or actually be engaged in growing wheat in the state shall be deemed sufficient cause for removal from office.
