Section 785:32-5-3 - Cancellation or suspension of permits

Any permit for ASR may be reopened, Adopted, suspended, or cancelled by the Board at any time for failure to comply with the site-specific aquifer storage and recovery plan, permit terms, limitations, or restrictions, or any provision of the relevant statutes or rules, upon proper notice and hearing as provided in the Administrative Procedures Act and the Board's rules.
