Section 785:1-9-3 - Extension of time period allowed, written reasons
(a) The time period set forth in 785:1-9-1shall only be extended by agreement with the applicant for the license or permit or if circumstances beyond the Board's control prevent the Board from meeting [27A: 11] the time period set forth in 785:1-9-1.
(b)If the Boardfails to issue or deny a permit or license within the required time period set forth in 785:1-9-1because of circumstances outside of the Board's control, the Board upon request shall state in writing the reasons such licensing or permitting is not ready for issuance or denial [27A:11].
