Section 780:1-7-4 - Printed materials
(a)Nondiscrimination statement. All publications or printed materials transmitted by the Department must contain the nondiscrimination statement.
(b)Non-discriminatory text. All materials developed and disseminated by the Department shall promote equal opportunity in the written content and illustrations and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
