Section 775:10-3-10.1 - Temporary licensure during a declared emergency

In the event of a disaster, a veterinarian not licensed in this state that is responding to a request for assistance from Oklahoma Emergency Management or related entity emporary licensure on forms provided by the Board. Temporary licensure may be approved by the President or Secretary/Treasurer of the Board.
