Section 753:11-1-4 - Ethics(a) Employees of the Trust shall be subject to rules promulgated by the Oklahoma Ethics Commission concerning gifts from suppliers.(b) One year limitation for certain contracts. Unless otherwise provided by law, the Trust shall not enter into a sole source or professional services contract or a contract for the services of any person who has terminated employment with or who has been terminated by the Trust for one (1) year after the termination date of the employee from the Trust.
