Section 752:11-13-3 - Supplier appeal of decision to deny protest

If the CEO denies the protest, the supplier protesting the award may appeal a denial of protest by filing, within ten (10) business days of the date of the CEO's notice of denial, a written appeal, setting forth all the relevant facts and reasons for the appeal.
