Section 752:11-1-4 - Ethics(a) Employees of the Authority shall be subject to rules promulgated by the Oklahoma Ethics Commission concerning gifts from suppliers.(b) One year limitation for certain contracts. Unless otherwise provided by law, the Authority shall not enter into a sole source or professional services contract or a contract for the services of any person who has terminated employment with or who has been terminated by the Authority for one (1) year after the termination date of the employee from the Authority.
