Section 752:1-1-7 - Records(a) The Authority keeps documents for at least the minimum time required by state and federal laws that pertain to archives and records. This varies depending on the type of document. The Authority has its records disposition schedules available for inspection. (b) The Authority follows the Oklahoma Open Records Act and other relevant laws governing confidentiality. Okla. Admin. Code § 752:1-1-7
