Section 75:15-7-2 - Fire and safety codes and inspections(a) The physical environments of shelter facilities, housing options and all office space shall meet safety, zoning and building code regulations required by local, state and federal authorities, and shall obtain and maintain an annual fire and safety inspection from local or state authorities. (b) Compliance with 75:15-7-2 shall be determined by a review of the annual fire and safety inspection report. Okla. Admin. Code § 75:15-7-2
