Section 730:45-1-3 - Administration

Responsibility for administering these financial assistance programs is hereby vested in the Office of Mobility and Public Transit and in the office of the Deputy Director. Expenditures of both federal and state funds will be made in accordance with the State Management Plans developed by the Office of Mobility and Public Transit.
