Section 725:15-31-10 - [Effective until 11/1/2024] Notice of Cancelation

(a) In order to insure a refund from state parks, lodges or golf courses (here on called state park facilities) for advance deposits required in accordance with OAC 725:30-12, notice of cancellation must be received in advance of the check-in or arrival date as follows:

(1) 5 DAYS - Park cabins, reserved/assigned campsites, community buildings, amphitheaters, shelters, meeting rooms, lodges, or other facility not defined.

(2) 10 DAYS - Group Campsites.

(3) 30 DAYS - Large group and rallies.

(4) 60 DAYS - Group camps.

(b) Notice of cancellation shall be provided preferably, through the reservation system where the booking was originally made.
