Section 710:50-1-7 - Copying fees

(a) Copies of returns will cost the following:

(1) One or two years - $2.00

(2) Three years - $2.75

(3) Four years - $3.50

(4) Five years - $4.25

(b) Copies of additional returns will cost 25 cents per item.

(c) Remittance shall be made payable to the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
