If a case is set for formal hearing before the Administrative Law Judge notice of the time, date and location of the hearing is sent to the parties. The parties may be directed to file briefs or position letters, witness and exhibits lists, copies of proposed exhibits and such other documents the Administrative Law Judge deems appropriate.
