Section 695:10-13-6 - Notice of hearing

The OCSECC shall issue and serve upon all affected parties a notice of hearing scheduled by the OCSECC. The notice shall set out the time and place for the hearing. Except by agreement of the parties, or for good cause shown, the hearing shall be scheduled at a time not less than 20 days after service of the notice. A copy of the complaint or appeal shall be mailed with the notice. If a response is required, the deadline for such response shall be included.
