Section 675:25-1-3 - Reciprocal licensing of spouses of active-duty members of the Armed Forces of the United StatesThe procedure to expedite endorsement of licensure pursuant to Section 4100.5 of Title 59 of the laws of the State of Oklahoma for applicants who are licensed in another state and who are the spouse of an active-duty member of the Armed Forces of the United States is as follows:
(1) A license shall be issued to the applicant if the requirements for licensure of the other state are substantially equivalent to those require by this state;(2) If specific licensure requirements in this state were not required in the state in which the Applicant was licensed, a temporary license for a set period of time shall be issued to Applicants to allow the person to work as a social worker while completing those requirements.Okla.
