Section 670:20-13-13 - Tire recycling fee collection by licensed operators

Used tire recycling fees are to be collected by Service Oklahoma and upon the initial registration or titling of a vehicle in this state, as provided by statute. In addition to the statutorily authorized audits and reviews of licensed operator operations conducted by Service Oklahoma, such collections are subject to inspection by the Department of Environmental Quality.
