Section 670:15-33-7 - Inspection of school premises and commercial motor vehicles

A school shall allow Service Oklahoma, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, or their representatives, to conduct examinations, inspections and audits of premises, records, and commercial motor vehicles without prior notice.
