Section 670:15-21-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this is to implement the provisions of 47 O.S. § 6-212 regarding the Provisional Driver License (PDL) Program. This further provides information to the public regarding the eligibility requirements, terms and conditions of the program, and fees associated with the program.
