Upon receiving a record of conviction of an offense in violation of the Motor Vehicle Laws of any state or of any municipal ordinance regulating the operation of motor vehicles, by any person whose privilege to operate motor vehicles is under suspension or revocation at the time of such violation, Service Oklahoma shall extend the period of the suspension as provided under 47 O.S. § 6-303.
