When any person's driving record totals seven (7), eight (8) or nine (9) points, Service Oklahoma may send to such a person, at their last known address, a notice to appear for an interview. The Executive Director may require such person to attend a Service Oklahoma authorized Driver Improvement/Defensive Driving Course, take a review examination, submit medical reports regarding any physical or mental condition which might affect driving ability as authorized by 47 O.S. § 6- 119 or any combination of the above.
