Service Oklahoma shall, upon the approval of the tinted window and windshield exemption, provide an exemption letter to the applicant. The exemption shall include the applicant's name, address, vehicle information, and the percentage of tinting allowed. The exemption shall not be transferable and shall be presented upon request by any law enforcement officer. The exemption shall be valid only for the vehicle listed on the letter.
