Section 670:15-13-2 - Definitions

Words and terms, when used in this Part, shall have the same meaning as defined in 47 O.S. § 12-422, as well as other sections of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and as defined in OAC 670:15-7-1 et seq.
