Section 670:15-11-2 - Sources of medical information

The sources of information regarding physical and mental conditions which might affect driving are:

(1) original and renewal driver license applicants,

(2) traffic records,

(3) Service Oklahoma hearing officers,

(4) law enforcement officers,

(5) driver license examiners,

(6) judges,

(7) licensed health care professionals,

(8) collision reports,

(9) voluntarily surrendered driver licenses,

(10) relatives,

(11) private citizens, and

(12) the Department of Public Safety.
