Service Oklahoma may also require a complete or partial driver examination or reexamination by Service Oklahoma personnel to determine the person's ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.(b)Impaired ability. When emotional distress is chronic, inattentiveness, despondency, aggressiveness, and lack of concern for the safety of others may also be chronic.
