Section 670:10-9-4 - Standardization and Branding Requirements

(a) Licensed operators are required to comply with the standardization and branding requirements established by the Service Oklahoma Operator Board, unless exempt pursuant to 47 O.S. §1140.

(b) The exemption from the standardization and branding requirements applies only to the following:

(1) Motor license agents and licensed operators in good standing as of November 1, 2022, unless they relocate their existing location;

(2) The licensed operator submitted a contingent resignation and the purchaser submitted an application to the Oklahoma Tax Commission prior to May 19, 2022; or

(3) The purchaser of the license is related to the licensed operator within the third degree by consanguinity, marriage, or adoption.
