Section 670:10-11-3 - Issuance of a license to operate a designated Service Oklahoma location

(a) The Service Oklahoma Operator Board is authorized to make a determination whether the applicant and proposed location meet the criteria and guidelines established by the Service Oklahoma Operator Board and issue a license to operate a designated Service Oklahoma location. 47 O.S. §3-104(D).

(b) The successful applicant will be notified by the Service Oklahoma Operator Board. Upon approval of an application, the applicant must pay a statutory license fee in an amount determined by the Service Oklahoma Operator Board.
