Section 670:10-11-1 - Purpose

(a) The provisions of this have been promulgated to facilitate the guidelines for the application and issuance of a license to operate a designated Service Oklahoma location, pursuant to the Oklahoma Vehicle License and Registration Act (47 O.S. § 1140 et seq.), which are in addition to all other requirements and restrictions set forth in this Subchapter.

(b) Unless otherwise indicated, an applicant shall submit all required information and documentation in a manner and format prescribed by the Service Oklahoma Operator Board.
