Section 670:10-1-3 - Licensed Operator accounts

(a) The Licensed Operators shall maintain two bank accounts for each designated Service Oklahoma location:

(1) A Service Oklahoma Licensed Operator Account pursuant to 47 O.S. §1142; and

(2) An operational account in which all other funds received by the Licensed Operator in performance of his/her duties shall be deposited and shall not be combined with any other funds.

(b) As a condition of service as a Licensed Operator, the Licensed Operator and Service Oklahoma shall agree that the Licensed Operator's operational account shall, for all purposes, be treated the same as tax monies.
