If a buyer, commission merchant or selling agent, purchasing or selling farm products in the ordinary course of business from or for a person engaged in farming operations, has otherwise complied with the requirements of Title 12A O.S., Section 1-9-320.1 et seq., and this chapter, he will not be liable for errors or inaccuracies generated by the Central Filing System.
