Section 650:37-1-3 - Statutory definitions
(a)"For-profit entity" is defined in the federal Small Business Technology Transfer Act of 1992, PL 102-564, Title 11.
(b)"Professional service contract" is defined in 74 O.S., Section 5060.4 .
