Section 595:1-9-2 - Inspection and copies of open records

(a) Records of the Department may be obtained pursuant to the fee schedule as set forth in 595:1-9-4 and as posted in the office of the County Clerk, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, as required by 51 O.S. § 24A.5(4)(b).

(b) Any record that is open to a person for examination shall be available to that person by copying or reproduction in the same medium as the record is available to the person for examination and for the fee required to be charged for the record.
