Section 595:1-5-3 - Decision of Department of Public Safety

Within thirty (30) days of the receipt of a petition, the Department may either initiate rulemaking proceedings in accordance with the oiitonAdministrative Procedures Actoiitoff [75 O.S. § 250 ] or the petition may be deemed denied. Petitioner may be notified in writing or by telephone as to the decision of the Department of Public Safety.
