Title 570 - State Board for Property and Casualty RatesEffective 7-1-06, statutes creating the State Board for Property and Casualty Rates were repealed, and references to the Board in other statutes references were changed to the Insurance Commissioner in HB 2905 (2006), effectively dissolving the Board and transferring rulemaking authority to the Commissioner.
