It shall be the duty of the Board to regulate all persons who purport to be able to detect deception or verify truth of statements through the use of instrumentation such as lie detectors, polygraph, psychological stress evaluators, voice analysis, deceptographs, and/or similar or related devices and instruments without regard to the nomenclature applied thereto, or without regard to the terminology he may use to refer to himseff or his services.
