Section 540:30-9-2 - Notification

Applicants will be notified of the Commission's consideration, if applications are complete:

(1) When possible, not later than August 1, if the academic year commences in August or September;

(2) Within thirty days following receipt of the application if the academic year begins in any month other than August or September.
